Our number one priority is to provide the highest level of service and standards. However, we know that sometimes things can go wrong. Feedback helps us understand where things have gone wrong and gives us the opportunity to put them right. It also helps us understand where we need to improve our products and services.

Complaints Procedure

Upon receipt of a complaint our procedures are as follows:

1. Arrange to speak with the Head Coach or Assistant Coach shall be convened and the matter fully investigated; if the matter remains unresolved then,

2. The issue will be discussed and presented at an Executive Committee meeting; if the matter is still not resolved then,

3. The issue will be referred by the Executive Committee to the recommended procedure as set out by England Netball
